Techniques handed down, generation to generation, for hundreds of years, are utilised to create the perfect ceramic. This terracotta is made from 3 types of Italian soil, blended and oxygenated for 48 hours, hand turned, naturally dried, tuned to the prevailing weather. This is true artistry.
This vital process creates a purified clay, completely free of unwanted materials, as even a 0.1mm diameter piece of chalk inside the clay can destroy all sound resonance.
Every contour has the fingerprints of a master craftsman. The end result is a stunning work of art and beauty in clay.
